The simplest way to reach us is by email at hello@adoreyourpets.org. A real member of our small team reads every message. We do not have a phone line, an office you can visit or a live chat, so email is genuinely the only door, and it works well.

What we are happy to hear about

• Mistakes. A wrong figure, an outdated rule, a broken link or a sentence that does not make sense. Our corrections page explains what happens next.
• Questions about an article. If an explanation left you more confused than before, tell us which part, and we may rewrite it.
• Topic ideas. A bet type you have never understood, a game mechanic you are curious about, a term you keep seeing.
• Privacy requests. Anything covered on How We Handle Data.

What we cannot help with

We are an editorial site, not a gambling business, so some requests fall outside what we can do:

• We cannot look into accounts, deposits, withdrawals or disputes with any casino, sportsbook or sweepstakes site. Please contact that company directly, or the body that licenses it.
• We do not give betting tips, predictions or personal recommendations about where to play.
• We cannot advise on the law in your country or on your personal finances.
• We do not offer counselling. If gambling is causing you harm, please read Keep It Fun for routes to proper support.

Help us help you quickly

A few details save a lot of back-and-forth:

1. The address of the article you are writing about.
2. The sentence or table row in question, copied if possible.
3. What you think is wrong, and why, if you know.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, account screenshots or other sensitive personal information. We never need them, and we will delete them if they arrive.

When to expect a reply

We are a small team writing under pen names, so replies can take a few days, a little longer around holidays. Corrections are prioritised. Promotional messages queue behind reader questions, and not every one of them gets an answer.

Business enquiries

Commercial messages land in the same inbox as everything else, where corrections always jump the queue. If you represent a game studio or a regulator and have a factual update about something we have written, the same email address is the right place to send it.
